If you are unhappy our service or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes it unusable, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days we will give no refunds.
To carry out the refund we require an exact reason. We can hold the refund until you provide the reason.
Refund is processed within 7 days of request. During this time, we can contact you to interview you about our plugins.
Before you request a refund, please submit a support ticket and allow us to help you solve the problem.
We will grant a refund if you bought our product/service less than 30 days from submitting a refund request.

We will not grant any refunds on renewals.
2 days prior to the renewal date we will send you a reminder email about the renewal payment.
You may cancel your subscription anytime before the renewal payment is automatically processed on My Account page.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, your subscription will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase and you will no longer receive updates not support for the plugins you have purchased.
