Cake Mixing Ceremony at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre happened yesterday to ring in the joy of the Christmas season, and many people participated in mixing cake ingredients.
Cake Mixing is not a contemporary practice but an old one that started in the 17th century.
Kilograms of dry fruits, nuts, grains, and spices are combined to form a mixture. This mixture is soaked in alcoholic blends for some days to let them absorb all the flavors and aromas.
Lastly, it is divided into parts that go into the cake batter, from which further Christmas Fruit Cakes are baked.
