Bhoomi

Bhoomi is based on the story of Arjuna and Chitrangada. It starts from the childless Prabhanjan King of Kangla who is struggling for a son to whom he can pass on his succession, travels through the life of Arjuna and Chitrangada where Arjuna is on a friendship journey before the Mahabharata, passing through Nagloka to the land of Kangla, where he meets Chitrangada. This meeting is not like a hero heroine but of two warriors. Victory in war easily accepts defeat in love, but love is only the beginning of a man-woman relationship. And if this relationship is between Maharaj men or the royal family then it becomes more complicated because in it personal decisions are influenced by politics. Arjun and Chitrangada get married, but due to Mahabharata Arjun returns home without Chitrangada. Chitrangada gives birth to a son waiting for Arjuna's invitation. Arjuna returns after 20 years with the horse of Ashwamedha Yagya, which is caught by Babruvahana, who does not recognize Arjuna. And then the three warriors face to face, Arjuna, Chitrangada, and their son Babruvahana. The expansion of the land covers from the past to the present. The silence breaks and turns into questions, which are relevant even today.
