About the role
Join the I Love Jaipur City content team as a Video Editor Intern and turn everyday Jaipur — its markets, cafes, forts and festivals — into short-form video people actually stop to watch.
You will cut Reels, Shorts and YouTube videos from footage our team shoots across the city, add captions, music and motion graphics, and help shape the visual voice of the Pink City's biggest local guide. This is a hands-on internship: your work publishes to a real audience within days, not months.
Timing: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Stipend Rs 5,000 per month.
What you’ll do
- Edit short-form vertical video (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage
- Add subtitles, background music, transitions and simple motion graphics
- Cut longer YouTube features on Jaipur food, heritage and events
- Colour-correct and stabilise handheld footage shot on phone and DSLR
- Maintain an organised project and footage library
- Suggest trends, audio and formats worth trying
What we’re looking for
- Working knowledge of at least one editor: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut
- A portfolio or reel — student and personal projects are absolutely fine
- A feel for pacing, music and what makes someone watch to the end
- Based in Jaipur and able to work from our office Mon-Fri, 10 AM to 2 PM
- Reliable, communicative and open to feedback
- Comfortable with Hindi and English content
