As part of the celebrations marking the 78th Indian Army Day, a four-day ‘Know Your Army’ exhibition is being organised at the Bhawani Niketan Education Society campus in Jaipur. The exhibition offers citizens a close look at the Indian Army’s modern equipment, advanced weapon systems, and cutting-edge technological capabilities, while also highlighting inspiring stories of courage, valour, and sacrifice.
The exhibition serves as a powerful reminder that while citizens across the country live in peace and security, brave soldiers remain constantly vigilant at the borders, protecting the Tricolour with unwavering dedication. Through this initiative, the Indian Army aims to connect the public with its spirit of service, discipline, and national commitment.
Timeless Tales of Valour and Sacrifice
The history of the Indian Army is deeply rooted in courage, resilience, and supreme sacrifice. From 1947 to the present day, Indian soldiers have demonstrated exceptional bravery in every war and military operation. The exhibition brings these heroic stories to life, paying tribute to the soldiers who have safeguarded the nation’s sovereignty through their selfless service.
Where Modern Technology Meets Unmatched Discipline
While the Indian Army today is equipped with state-of-the-art weapons, advanced technology, and world-class training, its true strength lies beyond machinery. Discipline, duty, dedication, and an unbreakable loyalty to the nation continue to define the force, earning it a distinguished position among the world’s leading armies.
Pralay Drone Demonstrates Precision Strike Capability
One of the key highlights of the exhibition is the Pralay drone, which showcases the Indian Army’s growing technological prowess. The drone has a payload capacity of 2 kilograms, an operational flight time of 30 to 40 minutes, and can cover a distance of up to 4 kilometres. Capable of flying at an altitude of up to 300 metres, the drone can carry out precise strikes on targets, reflecting the Army’s advanced surveillance and combat capabilities.
The ‘Know Your Army’ exhibition stands as an impressive blend of tradition and technology, offering visitors a deeper understanding of the strength, sacrifice, and innovation that define the Indian Army.
