Swarn Nagri Vistar: Plots on Old Chaksu Road, Chaksu

Swarn Nagri Vistar is a gated plotting township in village Jaisinghpura, Chaksu, on Old Chaksu Road. It is registered with RERA Rajasthan as RAJ/P/2026/4939, and its promoter is Sunpool Resorts Private Limited. The plots are sold through Pinkwall Group, a real estate agent registered with RERA Rajasthan as RAJ/A/2017/147. Pinkwall says its previous project, Ganesh Vihar Vistar, is sold out.

Plots and layout

The township has residential plots, commercial plots and retail shops. The proposed layout plan covers about 55,000 sq m (5.5 hectares): 26,372 sq m of residential plots, 2,087 sq m of commercial plots, 2,621 sq m of EWS/LIG plots, 288 sq m of shops, a 3,849 sq m park, about 2,318 sq m each for facilities and public utilities, and 15,147 sq m of roads.

• Most residential plots are 20 × 55 ft (about 123 sq yd), 20 × 60 ft (about 134 sq yd) or 25 × 60 ft (167 sq yd), with corner and edge plots of other sizes.
• Commercial plots line the 80 ft road.
• 32 retail shops of 3 × 3 m sit beside the parking at the entrance.
• EWS plots are 50 sq yd and LIG plots 90 sq yd.

The layout plan shows the entrance on a 200 ft road. Inside there are 80 ft and 40 ft roads, and 30 ft roads between the blocks.

Amenities

The brochure lists a guarded entrance gate, interlocking tile roads, LED street lights, underground water and electricity lines, sewerage, rainwater harvesting and an overhead water tank. There is to be a golden-theme temple, a community hall, a big gazebo, a kids' play area, an open gym, a sports arena, landscaped gardens, a separate walking path and seating for senior citizens, with CCTV, plot demarcation and block boundaries. The plan also has provision for an Ayurveda resort, and Pinkwall says bank loans are available.

On 23 September 2026, when the photos here were taken, the entrance gate, the water tank and the temple were under construction and the internal roads were being laid.

Location

The brochure describes direct connectivity to NH-52 Tonk Road and puts the site near Jagannath University. Pinkwall gives these travel times from the site:

• Jaipur Ring Road: 10 minutes
• Chokhi Dhani: 16 minutes
• Sitapura Industrial Area: 18 minutes
• Jaipur International Airport: 25 to 30 minutes
• Jaipur Railway Station: 30 minutes

The brochure also lists Chaksu market, hospitals and the Sheetla Mata temple nearby, with the Hukkan RIICO industrial area and the Bharatpur green expressway close by.
