3. How to Return
Initiate Return Request
Login to your account and go to "My Orders". Select the item you want to return and click "Return".
Select Return Reason
Choose the reason for return and provide additional details if required. Upload photos if the item is damaged.
Choose Pickup or Self-Ship
Schedule a pickup from your address (free for defective items) or ship the item yourself to our return center.
Pack Securely
Pack the item securely in original packaging if available. Include all accessories, tags, and invoice copy.
Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong product shipped, etc.).
5. Exchange Policy
We offer free one-time exchange for:
Size Exchange

Color/Design Exchange

- • Same product category

- • Original tags required
Exchange Process: Follow the same steps as returns but select "Exchange" instead of "Return". Choose your preferred size/color, and we'll ship the new item once we receive the original.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- • Report within 48 hours of delivery
- • Upload clear photos of the damage
- • Keep all packaging materials
- • 100% refund or replacement guaranteed
- • Free pickup from your doorstep
- • Priority processing within 24-48 hours
We take full responsibility for damaged or defective items and ensure quick resolution with minimum inconvenience to you.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
- • Items returned after the 7-day window (case-by-case basis)
- • Items with minor damage not affecting functionality
- • Missing accessories or original packaging
- • Signs of use but item still in good condition
The partial refund amount will be determined after inspection and communicated to you before processing.
8. Special Categories
Handicraft Items
Due to the unique nature of handmade products, slight variations are expected and not considered defects. Returns accepted only for significant quality issues.
Sale/Clearance Items
Items purchased during sales or clearance are final sale unless defective. Exchange for size may be available subject to stock.
Bundle Offers
Products purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together. Partial returns from bundles are not accepted.
