RIICO has held an e-lottery for 203 industrial plots in the 14th phase of its Direct Allotment Scheme-2025. Jaipur's Tholai industrial area was among the locations attracting investor interest, with 17 applications for 15 plots.
The 203 plots cover approximately 91 acres and have an estimated combined value of Rs 128 crore. Development on these plots has the potential to bring more than Rs 850 crore in investment and create over 2,500 jobs.
Decisions on a further 18 industrial plots are expected shortly.
Jaipur's Tholai among areas drawing applications
Tholai's 15 plots and 17 applications give Jaipur a place in the latest statewide allotment round. Other areas highlighted for investor interest included Dhunwala, Boranada Extension, Gogelav and Shrinagar Todaraisingh.

How the direct allotment scheme works
The scheme supports investors who signed memorandums of understanding with the state government under Rising Rajasthan.
- If a plot receives one application, it can be allotted directly.
- If a plot receives more than one application, allotment is decided through an e-lottery.
The allotment method depends on the number of applications for each individual plot.
More than 2,300 plots allotted in earlier phases
Across the scheme's previous 13 phases, RIICO allotted more than 2,300 industrial plots. Those allotments have opened the way for over Rs 21,000 crore in investment and employment opportunities for more than 46,000 people.
The latest phase continues the effort to turn investment commitments into industrial activity through access to land and infrastructure. For Jaipur investors following the programme, Tholai is the local area highlighted in this round; a date for decisions on the remaining 18 plots has not been specified.
