Domestic Shipping

We deliver to all locations within India:

  • • Tier 2 cities: 3-5 business days
  • • Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days
  • • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

International Shipping

Select international destinations:

  • • USA & Canada: 10-15 business days
  • • UK & Europe: 8-12 business days
  • • Australia: 10-14 business days
  • • Middle East: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), and other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Shipping

  • • Orders below ₹500: ₹50 shipping charge
  • • Orders ₹500 - ₹1,499: ₹40 shipping charge
  • • Orders above ₹1,500: FREE shipping
  • • Delivery time: 5-7 business days

Express Shipping

  • • Flat rate: ₹150 for all orders
  • • Delivery time: 2-3 business days
  • • Available for metro and tier-1 cities only
  • • Order before 12 PM for same-day dispatch

Premium Express

  • • Flat rate: ₹300 for all orders
  • • Next-day delivery for select cities
  • • Priority handling and packaging
  • • Real-time tracking updates

3. Order Processing

Processing Timeline

  • • Orders placed before 2 PM IST: Processed same day
  • • Orders placed after 2 PM IST: Processed next business day
  • • Weekend orders: Processed on Monday
  • • Processing time: 1-2 business days

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • • Immediate order confirmation email with order details
  • • Shipping confirmation with tracking number (within 24-48 hours)
  • • SMS updates on order status (if phone number provided)
  • • Delivery confirmation once package is delivered

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders can be tracked through our website or courier partner's tracking system:

How to Track:

Alternatively, use the tracking number sent to your email with the courier partner's website.

5. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:

  • • Eco-friendly packaging materials
  • • Secure wrapping for fragile items
  • • Weather-resistant outer packaging
  • • Gift wrapping available on request (₹50 additional)
  • • Personalized notes can be included for gifts

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package:

  • First Attempt: Delivery to the provided address
  • Second Attempt: Next business day if first attempt fails
  • Third Attempt: Final attempt with prior notification

Important: If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. You can request a re-shipment with additional shipping charges or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.

7. Special Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions during checkout:

  • • Preferred delivery time slot
  • • Alternative contact person
  • • Landmark or specific directions
  • • Security gate codes (if applicable)
  • • Weekend delivery preference

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For International Orders:

  • • Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes
  • • Duties are calculated by your country's customs office
  • • We declare actual product value on customs forms
  • • Delays may occur during customs clearance
  • • We cannot mark items as "gifts" to avoid customs duties

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is damaged or lost:

Damaged Items

  • • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • • Provide photos of damaged items
  • • Keep original packaging
  • • We'll arrange replacement or refund

Lost Shipments

  • • We'll investigate with courier partner
  • • Investigation takes 5-7 business days
  • • Full refund or replacement offered
  • • Expedited shipping for replacement

10. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • • P.O. Box addresses (for valuable items)
  • • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • • Certain restricted pin codes in remote areas
  • • Countries under trade embargo

11. Holiday & Festival Season Shipping
