Garba and Dandiya Raas come from Gujarat and are now among Jaipur's biggest Navratri traditions. Nights usually start in the evening and go on late, with live dhol or DJ sets, and many give prizes for the best dancers and outfits.

What should I wear to Garba?+

Traditional wear is the norm: chaniya choli or lehenga for women, and kediyu or kurta for men. Many nights give prizes for the best dancers and outfits, and comfortable footwear helps over a long evening.
