Jaipur district has published the polling station lists for its 2026 urban local body elections, ahead of voting on September 9 and September 11. The lists identify the selected polling stations and the electoral areas assigned to them.
District Election Officer (Municipal) Sandesh Nayak has issued the lists for the municipal corporation, municipal councils and municipalities. For residents preparing to vote, the next step is to check the details for their own local body, as Jaipur Municipal Corporation votes on a different day from the district's councils and municipalities.
Where to check polling station details
The administration has directed that copies of the lists be displayed through three official channels:
- The notice board at the relevant Returning Officer's office.
- The notice board of the relevant municipal corporation, council or municipality.
- The website of the relevant urban local body.
The lists contain polling station names, serial numbers and related details. Residents can use these to check the station serving their electoral area before polling day. Copies will also be provided free of charge to contesting candidates and representatives of recognised political parties.
Which areas vote on each date
Voting is scheduled in two phases. Shahpura and Chomu municipal councils, along with 16 municipalities, vote on September 9. Jaipur Municipal Corporation follows on September 11.

The municipalities voting in the first phase are Dudu, Kishangarh-Renwal, Jobner, Bassi, Sambhar Lake, Vatika, Chaksu, Jamwa Ramgarh, Phagi, Naraina, Phulera, Manoharpur, Bagru, Kanota, Khejroli and Kaladera.
Polling premises to be handed over in advance
A separate order places the selected polling premises under temporary election use, excluding polling stations associated with uncontested elections. This arrangement will apply from the day before the relevant polling date until voting ends.
District officials, department heads and institution heads have been instructed to hand over the premises to the relevant Returning Officers and polling teams. They must also coordinate the arrangements needed at the stations so the premises are ready for the two polling phases.
