The inaugural edition of the World Health and Wellness Fest (WHWF) started today i.e 17th December 2021and will be till 19th December 2021 at Hotel Clarks Amer in the pink city of Jaipur. HH Shri Acharya Dr. Lokesh Muni Ji, the event’s Chief Guest and a master in Meditation, Yoga, and Peace Education, blessed the gathering with his presence. Shri Annu Kapoor Ji, a veteran actor, singer, director, radio jockey, and television presenter, and Mr. Mickey Mehta, a worldwide famous and leading holistic health guru and corporate life coach, were among the event’s guests of honour. Pt. Suresh Mishra, Patron of the WHWF, presided over the ceremony. It largely focuses on advances in health and wellbeing, as well as the concept of holistic living, spiritual comfort, and an uncomplicated way of life.
On the first day of the event, various prominent figures in the field of health and wellness shared useful insights and opinions on a variety of themes. HH Acharya Dr. Lokesh Muni Ji emphasised the importance of holistic well-being and why body, mental, social, and spiritual well-being should all be given equal weight. “WHWF is being organised at a time when there is a special focus on knowledge, yoga, naturopathy, Ayurveda, and wellness all across the world in this post-pandemic era.” I am optimistic that initiatives like the World Health and Wellness Forum, which features over 100 speakers and 30+ sessions, will help to re-establish a broad awareness of health and wellbeing, particularly in the post-pandemic era, when psychosomatic diseases are on the rise. He went on to say that “wellbeing” encompassed not only physical health but also mental and behavioural health.

Mickey Mehta’s day session was one of the most keenly anticipated and well-attended. The audience was enthralled by his charisma, wit, and intellect. His hour-long presentation focused on how entropy affects every human being on the planet. Entropy is the universal propensity for the order to break down into disorder. According to him, every woman is hit the hardest by entropy because she goes to great lengths in her personal and professional life to make ends meet and make her house and job complete.

“A lady sacrifices a lot and goes above and beyond her means to care for everyone,” he remarked. Cure Your Universe is his attempt to ensure that any woman may effortlessly achieve this equilibrium, stay youthful, reverse her diseases if at all possible, or reverse her biological age and be beautiful on the inside and out.” He went on to say that today’s lady deserves to be honoured. She doesn’t have to juggle or work to maintain the balance? He emphasised how important it is for every woman to be liberated.
Dr. Shiv Gautam, Mr. Amit Agrawal, Chairman of JECRC University, and Dr. Jayshree Periwal, Chairperson of the J P Group of Schools, all spoke about the burgeoning issue of incarcerated youngsters. The necessity of fostering an open and liberal environment for the new generation to flourish and achieve was emphasised during the discussion. Setting unreasonable expectations or putting societal demands on someone, especially a young person, can be a hindrance to reaching their full potential. The young require an environment in which they are not constrained or controlled but may express themselves and explore.

Another intriguing seminar held at the WHWF was on how to avoid sports injuries.
During this pandemic, the necessity of fitness has been reinforced, and people have flocked to sports and everyday workouts to maintain a healthy lifestyle, much like fish to water. However, such activities have resulted in a number of sports-related accidents and injuries. Improper pre-workout warm-ups or post-workout cool-downs, a lack of correct nutrition, and a lack of use of the proper equipment and footwear are just a few of the reasons why sports injuries are on the rise. Dr. Aditya Soral, Dr. Ashish Mittal, and Dr. Vikram Sharma spoke at the event, emphasising the necessity of taking time off to relax, rejuvenate, and re-energize the body. Why not play despite niggles or pains? The necessity of mid-game breaks It also included advice on how to avoid injuries and what to do if one does sustain one.
A seminar on healthy smiling for a healthy life was led by Dr. Balvinder Thakkar, Dr. Sandesh Mayekar, and Dr. Ashwin Jawadekar. The programme emphasised the importance of good teeth and gums, as well as its link to overall health. A charming personality and a healthy, disease-free existence are both dependent on good oral health. Poor dental hygiene raises the chance of a bacterial infection in the circulation, which can harm the heart valves and cause heart disease. In the same way, poor gums or tooth infections can lead to long-term blood sugar issues and an increased risk of type 2 diabetes.
Shri Annu Kapoor Ji, who mesmerised the audience with his lovely voice, finished the first day of the festival with a Heal with Music session. The musical evening was topped off with a magnificent award ceremony that honoured and congratulated the who’s who of the health and wellness sector.

The platform is an initiative to bring together investors, industry experts, and brand leaders to provide insights into the critical challenge of how wellness and wellbeing can be harnessed to live longer and better lives, and how corporations, healthcare institutions, and consumers can play a huge role in the global health change, according to Shri Mukesh Mishra, Co-founder, WHWF. He went on to say that, in addition to prominent health and wellness experts from around the world, officials from over 20 countries will be attending the three-day event to discuss and exchange ideas, as well as collaborate to provide.
